libdebug0-dev software package provides Development files for the debug library, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdebug0-dev
libdebug0-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdebug0-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdebug0-dev *
You will get with libdebug0-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
